My Mom got this hat for Kate before we even knew if we were having a girl. She just, “Had this feeling, we were having a girl.” An elderly lady at my mom’s work makes these hats for newborns. Kate never got to wear hers because she was born in the Spring and it was not cold. However, the other night when James was getting her ready for a bath, she pulled it out of the bag that had all of her headbands in it and so James put it on her. The combination of the hat being to small and her facial expressions are so funny to me!
